Refund policy
At DUTHUR, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- all original tags and packaging must be included
- proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- items damaged through misuse, washing, or normal wear
- products marked as final sale
- size-related issues if the measurements were clearly provided before purchase
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after the item is inspected.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
