Orders are usually delivered within 6–8 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and external conditions.

Please note:

• delays may happen during peak periods, launches, holidays, or external shipping issues
• customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• DUTHUR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or incorrect address details provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
